Like most people I have never had to deal with a situation where I would need to use a company like Bio Cleanup USA, and had no clue what to expect. After speaking with Ross, just for a few seconds, I knew I called the right company. He was so informative about the process and gave me tips on where to find information he was going to need, based on his prior experiences. He was patient and kind every time I called. When the day finally came for him and his team to perform their work they were all just as friendly and kind as when we spoke on the phone as well as respectful of the situation. The cleaning job they performed was hands down way better than I ever expected. They definitely went above and beyond in my book. I hope to never need this type of service again, but if I do I will certainly be calling Ross again.
